Service was very good. I left the car and went to get breakfast and it was only about an hour before it was finished very pleased. The service member that helped me even gave me a heads up about a recall.

The mechanic (Brown) was very knowledgeable and was able to understand my concerns on the recommended repairs. Very great service overall.

Service it self is great. I wish the drivers wouldn't rearrange EVERYTHING in the car! Seat slid back, AC full blast, and side mirrors pointing at the ground. You only drove it from the parking lot to the service bay! Leave my settings alone!

No pressure sales is the way to go. Sherry, Everette & Tommy answered all my questions and sufficiently handled my requests, and made the process as smooth as possible…on Thanksgiving Eve. If I’m looking for a Honda, or used vehicle I would make the trip from Marietta to Shottenkirk.
