My husband and I were on a trip from South Carolina to Nashville. We stopped for gas and the battery in our 2019 Pilot died. AAA came quickly and jumped our battery but confirmed we would need a new one. My husband talked to Kevin in the service department; he graciously agreed to install a new battery if we could be there in 10 minutes. We arrived at 6:09 and were on our way by 6:30! Wow!
