Richie was extremely helpful and always quick to answer any questions I may have when I bring my car in for repairs. He and the repair team has always been able to get my car in and out and never having to return for the same issue!!! Kevin and Terry has also been helpful during previous visits. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at the dealership! Everyone from the receptionist to the management team was nice and very professional. Oil change only. Service related to that specifically was good, taking 25 minutes and very competitive to a quick oil change center. I did buy my car at another dealership and have only come here because of prior experiences, helped friend but an Accord here. The advisors are not pushy and don’t try to up sale. I will say the recommended service packages seemed a little pricey for a lot of “checking” and not as much actual service. I’ll do some further investigation before next visit. While waiting there was never anyone at the parts counter. I’m looking to add some accessories and was going to inquire as to available options and pricing. Resulted in making the purchases online while at the dealership.
